XOLTA A/S is 100% owned by Ebbefos Holding A/S the investment company of the Ebbefos Foundation. The proceeds from the investments in companies with a green vision shall support the charitable work of the Ebbefos Foundation. The mission of the Ebbefos foundation is through project donations to assist children who face difficult circumstances in life.
The ownership’s humanitarian and environmental focus aligns really well with XOLTA’s DNA and that makes Ebbefos Holding the obvious owner for XOLTA.
Our company was born from the idea that electrification will help solve the World’s environmental problems by reducing the need for fossil fuels. We contribute to this by developing the technology needed to make a cleaner World.
